Hey Everyone,

So I’ve been away for quite some time now. Life kind of went crazy there for a while, but I’m back now and fully intend to post weekly on here. I’ve still been gaming though (priorities right?) and am currently running a game of Ben Milton’s Maze Rats for my 3 oldest kids as well as running a game of Ben Milton’s Knave in PbP for a friend on RPoL. If you don’t know who Ben Milton is, check out his YouTube channel here and his blog here.

So, I plan on posting a review of Maze Rats this week, and a review of Knave in its current form (it is currently in playtest version 0.3) some time after, though I’d like to get a little more playtime in with the system before passing judgment on it. I also want to start touching on getting people into roleplaying games and board games as this is something that I’m experimenting with currently.

Lastly, I decided to set the Knave game I’m running in my fictional world of KeyStone. I’ve been developing this setting since I was 12 or 13 years old but have not run a game in the setting since 2002-2003ish. With that said, running this game in my setting has rekindled my love for it and as such, I will be posting information about the setting here as well as maps (poorly drawn I’m sure) and histories  and even some adventures. My hope is that this content will inspire anyone looking at this blog for board game content to give tabletop RPGs a try.

So that’s it for now. Look for my review of Maze Rats on Saturday morning as that is the day that will be best for any posting from me. If you have any content you’d like to see covered on here, please feel free to give me a shout. I’m open to suggestions! Until next time, have fun!
